Founded in 2023 as a Cardiff University spin-out. OptimiseAI has developed a patented digital twin technology that turns minimal or fragmented building data into actionable insights for sustainability and cost savings. The platform addresses a critical market need: buildings account for 28% of global energy-related CO₂ emissions (37% if construction is included), yet almost 90% of non-domestic buildings lack modern management systems to control this footprint. With energy costs soaring over 350% since 2021 and new carbon regulations looming (EPC B by 2030), there is an urgent demand for smarter solutions in the built environment. The consultant heavy, analogue process of building audits, report and static recommendations will be superseded via our ML/AI led digital twins providing instant, real time optimisation.
